Is it real leather?

Yes. Full-grain hide, not bonded, not PU. Hair-on pieces are real hide with the hair left on.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?

Close, but not identical. Dye is applied by hand and every hide is different, so tone and markings vary. On hair-on and recycled pieces the difference is the point.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, anywhere in India. International orders are prepaid.

What does shipping cost?

Rs. 199 anywhere in India, Rs. 2,500 international. Orders leave us within 2 working days.

How long will delivery take?

Four to five working days to metro cities, seven to the rest of India, twelve to thirteen for international orders after dispatch.

Do you take returns?

We replace or exchange anything that arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, within 5 days of delivery and with an unedited unboxing video. Please film every parcel you open. We do not take returns for change of mind, because each piece is made individually.

Why do I need an unboxing video?

It is the only proof couriers accept for transit damage, and it protects you as much as us. One continuous recording from sealed parcel to unpacked item.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, any time before dispatch. The full amount including shipping goes back to your original payment method within 1 to 3 working days.

What is Limited Edition?

One piece per design. The construction repeats across the range, the colour and the hide never do. Once a piece is claimed, it is not made again.

Can I see other colours?

Yes. The site shows part of what is on the bench. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8003450708 and we will send photographs of the hides available now.

Do you make custom pieces?

We do. Made-to-order and customised work takes around 15 days, and we confirm the date when you place the order.

How do I care for the leather?

See the Leather Care page. In short: wipe it, condition it twice a year, keep it out of the rain, and let it age.
