Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a piece is out of stock, a price is listed wrongly, or we cannot verify the delivery address. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately as set out in the shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are handled by our gateway. We do not see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is available within India and may be withdrawn for particular addresses or orders.

Handmade goods

Every piece is made by hand, so colour, grain, carving and finish vary from piece to piece and from the photographs on the site. Sizes carry a small tolerance. This variation is not a defect.

Product images and content

All photographs, designs, carvings, text and the Ya Qalbi name and logo belong to Ya Qalbi Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private, and for everything done through your account.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or missed occasions caused by a delivery delay.
