A classic duffle in white hair-on leather scattered with rich chocolate-brown spots, trimmed in distressed brown leather and antique brass. The dark spots and warm leather give it a deep, grounded ranch look. It's the weekender that goes from barn dance to baggage claim without trying.
What Makes It Work
- Chocolate-spotted hair-on leather. Creamy white hide with bold dark brown spots covers the front, back and round ends. Every hide is different, so no two bags carry the same pattern.
- Distressed brown leather. The handles, straps, piping and trims are cut from brown leather with a worn-in, pull-up finish that deepens with use.
- Rolled handles with brass links. Two rounded leather handles attach to the body straps with rectangular antique brass links and brass rivets.
- Leather base. A brown leather panel covers the bottom, with small brass feet lifting the bag off the floor.
- Open slip pocket on the end. A hair-on pocket set into the round end keeps quick-grab items close, topped with a brown leather panel.
- Shoulder strap. A brown leather strap clips onto brass D-rings on the ends with antique brass swivel hooks.
- Top zip. A full-length zip runs across the top, finished with leather pull tabs and leather end tabs.
How to Wear It
- Carry it by the rolled handles, or hook them over your forearm.
- Clip on the shoulder strap for airports, stations and long travel days.
- Take it as your weekender, overnight bag or cabin carry-on.
- Pair the white and chocolate tones with a white slip dress, dark denim and brown boots.
Cleaning & Care
- Brush the hair-on leather gently in the direction of the hair with a soft, dry brush.
- Spot-clean marks with a barely damp cloth. Never soak the hide or rub against the hair.
- Wipe the brown leather handles, straps and base with a dry cloth, and condition them now and then with a neutral leather conditioner.
- Keep the white hide away from dark denim and dyes, which can transfer colour.
- Wipe the brass links, clips, D-rings and feet with a soft dry cloth.
- Store the bag stuffed with paper in a breathable dust bag, away from direct sun and heat.
